But, can do it easily with additional fleet support. 3 dragons easily handled both the Devourer and Horror. My fleet power with 3 early dragons and the dreadnought is extremely high for the era and I have subjugated 80% of the galaxy peacefully and I have them all in a Martial Alliance. It's very dangerous. Endless amounts of 28k fleets will swarm out of the l-Gates until the crisis is stopped. The system that has to be destroyed to end the crisis needs about 150k fleet power to beat. So it's actually pretty nasty.
