Regardless if it is set on dual or individual the drivers side blows cold air while the passenger side blows hot.Try resetting the HVAC controller module. Press the climate control power button and the defrost button (on some systems iys the "auto" button) at the same time, hold a couple of seconds, then press the power button one more time. I would recommend replacing the blower motor resistor first. And the climate control module second. When I pull up codes on the dash is it says 7T4T-010849CF.
