Most of them are good. All the Kamehameha waves are good, all Vegeta's moves (Gallick Guns, Final Flash etc) Bardock's moves. There are too many good ki blast skills to list really. Stamina is by far the best stat in the game. Putting as much as possible in it seems mandatory. Strike Supers is the best offensive stat for a Male Earthling. Maxing that out as soon as you can is mandatory.
