Hello, This issue of files failing to validate has been an ongoing issue for me since the start of MW2 2022 Season 5. Before that season launched I was able to start up Call of Duty and play just fine. Since then I have not been able to play. This is Steam checking and setting up your graphics. 2 files means one file got corrupted somehow. It happens. A good thing when you validate is delete the appcache folder found in your main Steam folder. This folder contains the crc, etc information for your files.
