The trigger return spring in my Security Six was returned alright, to Ruger for reassembly. By no means disassemble your trigger aside from removing the entire group as one piece. Like.Here's a few things to check: 1) Since you said it happens on the same cylinder, examine the 'star' on the back of the cylinder and make sure each leg of the star is full size.
