Regarding reverse thrust for the PMDG 737 in MSFS, I found that this worked if you have the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke/throttle quadrant. Make sure engines are running. Go to Controls menu make sure filter is set to ALL. Select your flight yoke option. Go to Power Management/Throttle section. I use this stick. What i did on my sensitivity, i added like 15% of dead zone to every axis except for the throttle in the game settings. It prevents me from accidentally moving the plane whenever I am holding the stick or bump to the stick. I rarely use the buttons because I preferred pushing the buttons/dials using mouse.
