Try using the HAS function within @Andrée Starå 's formula... like this: =COUNTIF ( {Source}, HAS (@cell, "Red")) The HAS function is built specifically for multi-select drop-down lists, and will check to see which cells have that criteria, whether or not there are other selections in the cell as well.Options.
