Williams Tallgrass Prairie Preserve at 39,650 acres is the largest protected piece of tallgrass prairie left on earth.The Fox Creek Trail is a 6.1 mile round-trip starting at the northern end of the Bottomland Nature Trail. It extends northward following Fox Creek and connects with the visitor center. Visitors experience bottomland prairie restoration plots along Fox Creek's riparian areas.
