Born June 13, 1957 in Pittsburgh, PA to George and Ruth Murray Dewalt, she married Mark Matuszak on October 9, 1982 in Vancouver, BC.Lesley Matuszak, 66, was pronounced dead at her home in the 1600 block of W. Moss Ave. at 1:03 p.m. Sept. 28, according to the Peoria County Coroner's Office.
