I previously used Anking for my Step 1 prep, but it's so zoomed in that it just isn't practical for ongoing continuing ed purposes. So I just downloaded this deck and am starting to check it out. The solution is Tools>ManageNoteTypes> (select Rapid Review Note type)>cards>styling>change "background color" to grey and text "color" to white under night mode settings (second box of text).
