A +15 estoc will still 1hko backstab and riposte sens dudes and silver knights to death. Also depending on your build, if you can buff it its amazing. TC its up there with the top dogs imo, but its mostly useful on a buff build since its base damage is kind of lacking.Estoc has B scaling in Str at +10 solidly making it a Str weapon. If you want to do pure-physical damage then you want 40 str and 12ish dex. However, it also infuses pretty well. So it depends on if you want to go pure Str or only enough to use your weapons and infuse. 40 Str and 12 dex you are looking at 308 Physical.
