The dex is very low for an endgame endgame build. First softcap is at 40 and this doesn't even hit that. The second is at 60 and final is at 80. At 125. Rivers of Blood has a Arc requirement, but alot of dragon incantations do also. So if you want lazer beam katana go Dex/Int, if you want to make things bleed go Dex/Faith.Stat requirements: 60 Intelligence. FP cost: 40.
