Nope. Still isn't corrupted, had it over a year. Got spooned blade and bow at 141 and honestly basically left with just crystal helmet. Last week I finally finished body and legs and while the gear is immensely more powerful now, I honestly have no regrets about leaving content I hate to go do other content that progresses my account and moving the corruption/armor grind to a passive back ...- Bowfa & full crystal set - Infinity boots & master wand - Arclights - Dragon Warhammer - Ava's Assembler - Primordial Boots - Neitiznot faceguard - 2x zenyte shard - Imbued zamorak cape - Occult - Ferocious gloves - Serp helm - Blowpipe - Guardian boots - Void ranged set - B ring imbued - Kree ara, C gauntlet, skotizo, phoenix, kraken petTombs of Amascut "bad" range options. Question. I am curious which range weapons to use where. If I had t bow/bofa/acb it gets a bit easier to pick but im out here with rcb or bp and rune darts... At my range lvl (95) crystal bow hits 37, and Bofa hits 44. Just factoring in max hit rhe bofa is about a 20% increase in dps, and that isnt even including the accuracy difference. You lose abiut 40 accuracy aswell 20% - 25% damage is a massive amount, especially in a game where we pay 100s of millions of gold for a 2% dps increaseBowfa without the crystal armour is okay but you definitely want the armour which even without the bow is comparable to armadyl, and the passive with the bow is insane. Carlssen. • • Edited. Bowfa was 140m ish, Crystal was 6x armour seeds at around 6.3m a pop, corrupting the bow was the big headache as the money pretty much disappears. I farmed Crystal imps for a day or so, grew Crystal trees for a week which helped offset some of the cost for shards.Just use RCB with rubies and dhide, it's better DPS. DCB if you want (main benefit is using dragon ruby bolts - ACB isn't really worth the cost). For nex specifically, acb is worth the price because of the specs alone, they significant increase overall dps especially if using a light bearer in small teams.
