Imo a dual wielding dex build that uses rapiers is not worse than a str build doing the same with longswords. It has pros and cons. The str fighter can jump farther. The dex build has more choices when it comes to armor and currently he will have more ac than the str fighter if the str fighter dumps dex to 8/9 whatever. I read online that, if build right, the dmg difference should be minimal if any at all. So far i should be doing at least 25% less damage then with just a 2hand weapon. Dual Wielder.
