Not sure really but it the glaive in bannerlord is essentially the same as the hafted blade in warband. Great on foot against infantry swinging but can also be used against cav thrusting even with shield. The Glaive and Long Glaive can only be bought in Khuzait cities. They are more likely to appear the higher the prosperity of the town is. They usually cost ~23-27k. If you're still early in the game you just have to wait for the prosperity to rise, this takes time.

I`ll give the 2hander axe a try.Well, there is the long glaive but other than that, there's the war razor which is similar and the bent razor which is interesting because it only does swing damage (I hate doing a thrust attack when I meant to swing, probably just my incompetence but still it helps).
